Questionnaires Overview

Questionnaires let you send online forms to clients, such as an intake form, and collect their answers in Maatdesk. The forms are built in Jotform and linked to Maatdesk with their Form ID.

Settings

Managing Users

The Users page lists everyone in your firm who can sign in to Maatdesk. From here you invite new users and set their subscription, roles, groups, billing rate and other details.

Settings

Managing Relation Types

Relation types describe how two contacts are related, for example Employer and Employee or Parent and Child. You use them when you link contacts in the Relationships of a contact.

Settings

Managing Recycle Bin

The Recycle Bin keeps the users, contacts, matters and tasks that were deleted. From here you can restore them or delete them for good.

Settings

Managing Timeline History

The matter timeline shows the history of each matter. Rebuild Timeline History reconstructs past timeline events from the records that already exist in your firm, for example after you import data or for matters created before the timeline was available.

Settings

Managing Participant Roles

Participant roles label the external people on a matter, such as a client, a witness or opposing counsel, so everyone can see each person’s part in the case.
